The Apart Arthotel is a boarding house and offers serviced apartments of a special kind: high quality and sophisticated. Mrs. Wildmoser designed the facility together with experts - lovingly, with small details, combining tradition and modernity - so that guests feel at home.
The Munich native is also the manager of the house, looks after the reception and ensures that every single guest gets what he needs. She is an expert in this: For years, Andrea Wildmoser has looked after major customers in customer and product management at Munich Airport.
The boarding house
Efficiency meets design and comfort
The Apart Arthotel is a certified efficiency house 55. This means: You can stay here with a clear conscience as the house meets the latest environmental standards. For instance, it has a water decalcification system. The environmentally friendly equipment also includes a groundwater pump. It uses the ground water, which has a constant temperature of between 10 and 12 degree Celsius, to heat the building. This saves energy and is highly efficient.
To ensure that you can really relax in our house, we have considered everything: high-quality carpet flooring in the corridors, solid walls and triple glazing in all windows.
Our yard also invites you to wind down: The large sun terrace is shared by all guests. This private space offers a quiet and laid-back atmosphere.
